LaCygne, KS
The Original La Cygne property (called “Farmer’s Ranch”) is located about one hour south of Kansas City down 69 highway. It is 407 acres and while it is primarily used for agricultural purposes, it also has timber and a creek running through it. In addition, it has an almost 10 acre developed wetland which is in the natural flight of waterfowl that use the La Cygne wildlife area during fall migration.
The other La Cygne, KS properties consist of multiple pieces of land totaling approximately 1000 acres. One of the properties (the “Pecan” field) is located less than two miles from the original La Cygne property, while the remainder are within seven miles of the Original Property. While this ground is highly tillable and primarily used for agricultural purposes, the ground also offers excellent hunting.
