The Original La Cygne property (named “Farmers Ranch) is located about one hour south of Kansas City down 69 Highway. It is 407 acres and while it is primarily used for agricultural purposes, it also has timber and a creek running through it. In addition, it has a 10 acre developed wetland which is in the natural flight of waterfowl that use the La Cygne wildlife area during fall migration.
The other properties consist of multiple farms all around the La Cygne area totaling approximately 1,500 acres.
While all of the farms are highly tillable and primarily used for agricultural purposes, they also offer excellent hunting opportunities.
